AWarr

We are so excited to introduce our new Assistant Principal, Annie Warr!

Let's get to know our new Assistant Principal:

Where did you grow up?
I actually grew up right here in Highland, Utah! I went to Alpine Elementary—funny enough, Mr. Pead was the intern assistant principal when I was there! Then I headed to Mountain Ridge Middle and finished up at American Fork High School.

What are some of your favorites?
I’m a big Crumbl fan—if you spot one, there’s a good chance I’m in there grabbing my favorite treat. I also love a good lemonade, Rockstar, and always have some kind of salty snack nearby.

What’s your favorite thing about summer?
I love being outside in the sunshine! My husband and I like to hit the road and take our camper out for little adventures. Camping and warm weather make me so happy!

What’s your favorite part about working in a school?
Honestly, it’s the people. I love getting to know students, working with an awesome staff, and connecting with families. Schools are such special places where everyone learns and grows together.

Where were you before Ridgeline?
I was at River Rock Elementary for the past five years, where I taught both 2nd and 3rd grade. It was such a great experience!

What are you most excited about this year?
I’m so excited to be part of the Ridgeline crew and to support all the amazing students, staff, and families. It already feels like such a welcoming place.

What do you want the Ridgeline community to know?
I really believe that every kid deserves to feel seen, supported, and like they truly belong. I want to help create a positive space where students thrive, teachers feel encouraged, and families feel like they’re a big part of our school. Can’t wait to get to know everyone—this is going to be a great year!
