It was a big week for FCCLA. Some of our students were able to come to Orlando and compete at the FCCLA Nationals Conference. We had a great showing!
Julianna Snow and Clara Pereira were so e of our Utah State Officers and ran to become a national delegate. Julianna Snow made it to the top 20 finalist. Julianna also won the national PSA Contest and was able to be recognized during the opening session of the conference.
Emma Lewis and Brooklynn Cannell also competed on the national level in their respective events.
Brooklyn took home a Bronze. Emma Lewis made it to the top ten finalist in Digital Stories and earned herself a Gold score.
Orem is proud of the work these students put in, and how well they did at Nationals. The FCCLA chapter at Orem is run by Monica Milburn and Heidi Weight. Our Advisors did a wonderful job in coaching our FCCLA team this year. Congratulations to our team.
